Property Egg TV Online Real Estate Show Is Here to Stay
I would like to thank everyone who has supported my online real estate show Property Egg TV since its inception 5 weeks ago including the week of testing.
I have decided that Property Egg TV is here to stay. It has been far more successful in its first 4 weeks than I expected. In the past two weeks on Wednesday nights we have had 42 and 41 viewers respectively. I hoped for 12 to 15 for the first 3 months.
As successful as Wednesday nights have been the Saturday episodes have not. In fact I will not be doing a Saturday show for the next while. I will keep the feelers out and reactivate the Saturday show when the demand appears to be there.
Now that the show is ‘permanent' I commit to the viewers and my peers to be constantly improving the product delivered.
I have amazing guests scheduled for the next three weeks and can't wait to be part of those conversations.
Part of improving a product is having the awareness to recognize strengths and weaknesses. Here are the ten things I am aware of after 4 weeks and 8 episodes.
1. Hosting Property Egg TV is an absolute blast. I love doing it
2. Hosting Property Egg is way harder than I thought it would be
3. I need to loosen up and be myself, I come across dry and monotone
4. Having a guest each week is awesome, adds diversity and expands the knowledge base
5. I need to limit the guest's topic to 30 minutes to ensure other topics and questions get attention
6. People really like the concept and are at the very least amused to see me live online
7. Opening myself up to curious people helps me learn a ton about real estate...quickly
8. People really are curious about real estate, some of them all the time
9. People respect ingenuity and those who take risks
10. I have an amazing girlfriend, friends and peers who have been so supportive and helped so much that I can't take the credit for the success to date. Thank you all.
I look forward to taking the show to the next level and can't wait to see what is next for Property Egg TV.
