Broadcast from the patio at Raging Bean in Yaletown. I ended up outside as opposed to inside due to confidentiality issues for a consultant meeting with a client there at the same. It was no big deal and now we know outside can work although we need a far quiter venue! Discussed the US Bailout, Property Purchase Tax and other local issues. Announced the Friday episodes is moving to Saturdays at 11am.

Well the first show fianlly happened! It wasn't without some hiccups, some people had a hard time getting on to Ustream, the bandwith at the office is hit and miss, and I was almost late as I was enthralled by George Bush addressing the nation just after 6pm. All in all it was a sucess and was a ton of fun. The conversation carried on until 9:30pm and all kinds of real estate and investing topics were covered. Test Session #2
September 17th, 2008 This was the second test session that we did with a select audience. There is quite a bit of real estate discussion, including marketing a home for sale, when is a good time to buy a home and real estate investing. You will also find conversations about the technological aspect of the show, hence why this episode utilized an invited audience to assist with working the bugs. In this episode there was some distinct issues with audio and video synchronization which we seem to have worked out. Test Session #1
